Meet the Team

Rob P.

CEO & Co-Founder

I played junior college baseball at the College of San Mateo Bulldogs before transferring to Menlo College, where I refined my skills on the field. After completing my collegiate career, I pursued a professional baseball opportunity in the Midwest, gaining invaluable experience in a competitive environment. Over the past decade, I have dedicated myself to coaching at the local high school level, focusing on enhancing my coaching techniques and nurturing young athletes' potential. Additionally, I have served as the pitching coach at West Valley College, reinforcing my commitment to talent development within the sport. My extensive experience as both a player and coach informs my approach to player development and my mission to instill a lasting appreciation for baseball in my students.

Mitch T.

Mitch Taylor is a Human Movement, Mobility & Performance Specialist with over 25 years of experience. His journey started back in college as a personal trainer studying Kinesiology at CSULB after injuries derailed his time playing baseball. After his body broke down from all the years of playing sports, he then realized that there must be a better way to prepare, recover and excel in athletics. This pushed him to start looking outside of traditional schooling to find the best methods in human performance from around the world. Launching his career from personal trainer to fitness director, then strength & conditioning into sports performance, corrective exercise for prehab & post rehab to becoming an expert in human movement, mobility and performance. This movement journey came full circle when he co-founded and created StickMobility which gave him a platform to teach around the world, consult with professional teams and D1 collegiate programs. From this he was chosen to teach the annual workshop at the 2018 MLB Winter Meetings. However the journey is never done! His passion to help people thrive in life and sport instead of simply surviving in their own bodies, pushes him to continue learning and then pay it forward so we can all push the boundaries in human performance.
